I grew up in an abusive environment and survived my first marriage by being agreeable, accommodating, and endlessly empathetic.

I believed that if I could just be “good enough,” “thin enough,” “pleasing enough,” then I would finally be loved. 

The emotional loneliness of never measuring up pulled me into cycles of depression. Food became both comfort and punishment — through restriction and binging.  Later, alcohol became another way to silence pain I didn’t have the tools to face. I was just trying to survive. 

My body became the battleground.
My emotions ran my life.
And deep down, I believed I was broken. 

But here’s the truth I finally discovered: 

I was never broken — Unknown to me I had everything I needed. I just did not know how to access or activate my power to transform! 

And you have everything in you that you need as well! 

Through therapy, healing work, and a deep journey of self-discovery, I learned the secret of transformation… a secret powerful enough to change my life from the inside out! Now, I live a life I absolutely love and it's my mission to help you do the same. 

You do not need fixing.
You do not need to be perfect.
