  • What is Health and Life Coaching?


    Health and Life Coaching is a supportive, collaborative process designed to help you create meaningful changes in your health, mindset, relationships, habits, and overall life satisfaction. Coaching helps you move from feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or exhausted to feeling more energized, confident, purposeful, and aligned with the life you truly want.


    At Love Your Life Consulting™, coaching focuses on the whole woman—mind, body, emotions, relationships, purpose, and lifestyle—because everything is connected.


  • Who do you work with?


    I primarily work with women over 40 who are experiencing transitions, burnout, stress, emotional overwhelm, or a sense that they’ve lost themselves while taking care of everyone else.

  • What happens during a coaching session?


    Each session is a safe, supportive space designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, gain clarity, and move forward.


    Sessions may include:

    • Coaching questions that deepen self-awareness 


    • Mindset and belief work 


    • Goal setting and gentle accountability

    You do not need to have everything figured out before starting.


  • How long are the coaching programs?


    Most clients begin with a 12-week coaching journey because meaningful transformation takes time, support, and consistency.


    This allows us to:


    • Create clarity and momentum 


    • Build healthier habits and emotional patterns 


    • Develop self-trust and confidence 


    • Support lasting change instead of quick fixes 


    Additional support options may also be available after the initial coaching journey.


  • Are sessions virtual or in person?


    Coaching sessions are offered virtually through video calls, allowing women to receive support from the comfort of their own home.


  • Do you offer group coaching?


    Yes. Group coaching offers a warm, supportive community experience where women can grow together, feel less alone, and learn alongside others on similar journeys.


    Many women find group coaching deeply encouraging and healing because of the connection, shared wisdom, and support.


  • What if I’ve tried everything before?


    Many of my clients come to coaching after years of trying diets, programs, self-help books, or pushing themselves harder without lasting change.


    Often the missing piece is not more willpower. 

    It’s learning how to:


    • Work with yourself instead of against yourself 


    • Understand emotional patterns 


    • Create sustainable habits 


    • Develop self-compassion and self-trust 


    • Examine and transform the deeper beliefs driving the struggle 


    Transformation becomes possible when you stop fighting yourself and begin supporting yourself differently.


  • Is coaching therapy?


    No. Coaching is different from therapy. However, some women find it very helpful to work with a therapist and a coach to work on healing the past (therapy) and planning the future (coaching).


    Therapy often focuses on diagnosing and healing mental health conditions or processing the past in a clinical setting. Coaching focuses on growth, awareness, mindset, goals, habits, and creating meaningful forward movement in your life.


    As a Registered Nurse and Certified Coach, I provide supportive coaching and wellness guidance, but coaching is not medical or psychological treatment.


  • Do you provide meal plans or strict diets?


    No. I do not believe in harsh dieting, shame, or extreme restriction.

    Instead, I help women:


    • Build a healthier relationship with food 


    • Learn to trust their bodies 


    • Understand emotional eating patterns 


    • Create sustainable habits 


    • Nourish themselves with compassion and consistency 


    • The goal is lasting wellness—not temporary deprivation
