2. Weekly Group Coaching Sessions

Participate in live weekly coaching sessions designed to help you gain clarity, receive guidance, move through

challenges, and feel supported as you create meaningful change alongside other women on a similar journey.


3. A Private One-on-One Coaching Session

During your 90-day group coaching journey, you’ll receive a personalized one-hour private coaching session with me to help

you gain deeper clarity, focus on your unique goals and challenges, and create aligned next steps for your life and wellness journey.


4. A Focused Week 11 Integration Session

In Week 11, you’ll receive an additional private 30-minute coaching session to help you solidify your goals, strengthen

your vision, and create clear, aligned next steps as you move forward with greater confidence and momentum.


 5. Holistic Health & Wellness Support

Receive practical tools, education, and encouragement to support your body through nourishing food,

movement, sleep, stress reduction, and simple lifestyle habits that create sustainable transformation.


 6. Mindset & Belief Transformation

Through guided coaching conversations and group exercises, you’ll begin identifying limiting beliefs, releasing

self-sabotaging patterns, and developing a more compassionate and empowering relationship with yourself.


 7. Healing Emotional Eating & Unhealthy Coping Patterns

Explore the deeper emotional roots behind stress eating, emotional eating, or alcohol overuse within a compassionate

and supportive environment that helps you create healthier ways to cope, soothe, and care for yourself.


 8. Nervous System & Stress Regulation Practices

Learn simple nervous system and emotional regulation tools that can help reduce overwhelm, calm cravings,

support emotional balance, and make healthier choices feel more natural and sustainable.

Experience gentle accountability within a supportive group environment that celebrates progress,
